Ready to melt some glass? Schedule a hands-on Fused Glass Suncatcher Class at Funky Glassworks. In this workshop, each student will learn the basics of using glass sheets, frit, and string to create a hanging fused glass suncatcher. Choose from one of our class examples, or create your own unique design. This class is open to all skill levels and offers a fun introduction into glass fusing. All fused glass creations will be fired in our glass kilns and will be available for pick-up a few days post class.

What You'll Learn:
*The basics of glass cutting and design
*The difference in glass types and how they are made
*How to layer glass to create texture and depth in your suncatcher
*The fusing process and how glass reacts in the kiln
